When will my custom order be ready?

Custom apparel typically takes 3–5 business days to produce after full payment and design confirmation. Shipping transit time is separate.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Local pickup in Savage, Maryland is free. Pickup instructions are shared when your order is ready. Shipping is also available, with options and charges shown at checkout.

How do I request a custom design?

Contact us before purchasing to discuss artwork, sizes, colors, timing and pricing. Each additional decal is $5; request extras before checkout so we can confirm your total.

When is payment due?

Custom and personalized orders require 100% payment upfront. Production starts after payment and design details are confirmed.

Can I return a personalized order?

Custom and personalized orders are final sale once production begins. Please check spelling, sizes, colors and artwork carefully. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us so we can resolve the issue. This does not limit rights under applicable law.
